Around books, destinations, and shared curiosity. From intimate book clubs to author talks and travel-inspired gatherings, our programming creates space for conversation, connection, and thoughtful exchange.

Whether you’re joining us for a single evening or becoming a regular face in the Club Room, events at Perasma invite you to slow down, listen closely, and engage with the world beyond the page.

Perasma events are designed to bring people together.

Travel & Special Programming

Travel plays an important role in Perasma’s programming. We host events that explore places through literature, culture, and lived experience: including travel talks, destination-focused conversations, and workshops inspired by reading and exploration. These gatherings invite participants to think more deeply about how stories shape the way we move through the world.

The Club Room & Event Space

Many events take place in Perasma’s dedicated Club Room, a space designed for gathering, conversation, and connection while the bookstore remains open. The Club Room allows book clubs, discussions, and workshops to meet comfortably without stepping away from the life of the shop.

For larger gatherings or special occasions, the full bookstore may also be available for private rental, including events held outside regular business hours. Full-store use offers a unique setting for readings, receptions, and community gatherings surrounded by books and conversation.

If you’re interested in hosting an event, renting the Club Room, or inquiring about full-store use, we invite you to get in touch to explore availability and details.
